Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Plattsburgh

We love this cozy hotel. The room is clean and bed so comfortable. Staff is all friendly. Thank u Kadence who is so helpful and has the most gorgeous smile. Will come back to this gem of a hotel. Highly recommended.

Surprisingly decent hotel; it was much better than I had anticipated. Also, wonderfully friendly staff. Breakfast is not much, but hey, it's a microtel. Laundry room in lobby worked great. Dollar tree down the street, $1.50 for detergent. Room has microwave and fridge, in case you.pick up some food at dollar tree or the (much nicer) grocery next door.

Great place! Friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Slept good and bed and pillows nice as was temperature in the room (we like it cold and it was great for us). No closet but we only had one night so not a big deal for us. Breakfast as expected with hard boiled eggs, pancake machine, bread for toast, cereal, yogurt, package muffins, fruit, orange juice and coffee. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Entrance to hotel has a sign on road but can be hard to miss with so much other businesses around it but we found it. This is our second stay and would stay again.

Probably the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. There was a potential emergency today that triggered the fire alarms and the staff proved themselves to be calm, alert, and competent. Putting the safety of their guests as their top priority. Turned out to be just a small issue isolated to another guests room, thankfully...but I don't feel any less safe staying my final night here thanks to the staff. Cozy, clean, plenty of amenities, and nearby a ton of stuff to do. 10/10 - as long as we can survive this current presidential administration, I'll see you all next summer!

Clean. Beds/pillows average. On 2nd floor noise from above awful. No soft close doors. Great hot water and water pressure. Coffee drinkable. Skipped the meager breakfast offering. Friendly over night staff.

We were very pleased with our decision to stop here for the night while passing through town. It’s a simple place without frills or an excessive breakfast spread, but if you’re looking for a clean, safe, comfortable place to rest without breaking the bank, this is a great choice in Plattsburgh.

Front staff was amazing!!! Very kind and personable. Acccomadated some of our random needs with kindness and swift action. Really great. Beds are hella comfortable which was a pleasant surprise. Room design was inefficient. No closet so there are pegs to hang clothes but pegs over refrigerator couldn’t be used to hang clothing. They should consider pegs on the doors (including bathroom)so for those who may have long dresses have space to hang them.

We were SO pleased everything! Check in was easy and the clerk was very polite. Our room was spotless. Having coffee available 24 hours was a bonus and the continental breakfast was GREAT! The location worked perfect for our trip! Thank you!
